Refund policy

As a brand we do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds.
Once the product has been purchased changes are only possible if there’s an issue on behalf of our brand in terms of design or delivery.

No order cancellations are acceptable.

In case of any product to be found damaged or incorrect as per mentioned descriptions over the website the customer can reach out to the team with images of the concerned issue.
If any product has been partially worn or used no refunds, cancellations or returns will be made.

Exchange of products are only possible if -

If any product needs to exchanged due to the mistakes made on the brands behalf the product needs to be sent across via express courier within 7 working days of receiving order, in any such case once the product has been sent back to the brand the tracking details must be sent across to the brand simultaneously.
On receiving the damaged product it will be reviewed and sent back to the customer as soon as the issue is resolved.
